Our services

Quality Progressions provides 1:1 strength training, nutrition, kickboxing and confidence coaching, in person on O'ahu and online. We do not guarantee specific results. Results depend on your effort, consistency and health. Check with your doctor before starting a new training program.

The content on this site is for general information. You agree not to misuse the site or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses from your use of the site.
